Welcome!

What to Expect:
In each class we'll go through a meditation and explanation of what to expect from each qigong movement and how to best practices. All levels welcome!
All movements are suited for all bodies, are simple to do, and fun to practice.
Benefits of consistent practice of ZQ:
- Increasing peacefulness, joy and clarity
- Decreased reactive state and increased calm.
- Improvement in sleep, digestion, mental focus as well as improvement in your specific challenge and overall health.
- Practicing consistently, you can completely recover from illness (please contact me about case studies using this medicine).
There has been an average of 8 classes / month. Many months you'll have 9 classes! [You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before your card is charged, as there's no refunds. No exceptions.]

- What type of clothing should I wear? The great thing about practicing Zhineng qigong is you can practice in just about any type of clothing. I recommend something lose fitting and low heeled shoes or bare feet
- I'm in a lot of pain or my body is quite stiff. Should I still attend?Absolutely! One of the benefits of joining a class is even if you can't do the movements, sitting with soft, focused attention, you will benefit. Join in when you can. And each class, you'll feel better and you may find you're able to join in longer each class.
And, each movement, you can either sit or stand depending on how you're feeling. - Would there be any reason not to join class? There are no downsides to practicing Zhineng qigong. And, you do need to listen to your body. Please wait at least 30 minutes after eating a meal to practice.
- Refunds?Once payment is received, there are no refunds.
There are no make-up classes.
Please mark your calendars for the class times as no reminders will be sent out unless it's to cancel a class.
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time, but once it's processed, there are no refunds.
10 Class Pass expire 6 months after purchase date. Please note this in your calendar.

Zhineng Qigong was developed by Dr Pang Ming in the late 1970s. As a doctor trained in Eastern and Western medicine, as well as a Qigong and Tai Chi Grandmaster, he was inspired to create a Qigong form that was not only very effective, but also that people could learn easily. His intention was, in particular, to support people whose aim was to develop and uplift their own health and well-being.
