We're sitting at the edge of the summer solstice — peak Fire season in the Five Elements of Chinese medicine.
This is the time of year when everything wants to be expressed, seen, and felt fully.
Most of us manage that energy.
Contain it.
Apologize for it.
This hour is about something different.
What happens:
In 60 minutes, a teaching on what Fire season is asking of your body right now, a somatic practice you can use immediately, and embodied practices of the Wisdom Within Method
in action.
